    excellent service but some noise issues

    The service was really good, largely due to the efforts of Soulphen Young at the reception. Her warmth and professionalism made the check-in process seamless. The view from my King Room with River View was amazing. The amenities, particularly the spa, provided a welcome retreat after a long day.

    I did notice some noise from neighboring rooms, slightly disruptive at times.

    The king room with river view offered fine views, and the location was perfect, close to the metro and canton fair shuttle. The staff were excellent, especially soulphen at reception, who was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The 24-hour fitness center was excellent.

    Great stay with a lovely view!

    The king room with river view was really nice, and the bathroom felt super modern. The reception staff weren't the friendliest was great. The breakfast was great, though, with plenty of options to choose from. I enjoyed my stay.
